I have a little meter on this site that tells me limited info about my readers. It tells what area of the country a reader lives, how many readers there are, and if there was a referring site that letdsomeone to my blog. Most of the referrals come from friends who have my blog listed on their blogs. But sometimes the referral comes from someone googling a certain phrase and then following the search engine to my blog. I could prevent this kind of searching, but I don't mind.
A while back I posted an old photo of my grandma in her twenties. I titled it sexy lady. If you follow the link you will notice that I have changed the title. Why? Because this week, thanks to my site meter, I noticed someone had googled the phrase sexy lady and it led them to my blog. I decided I didn't want that happening again. So I changed the title. I imagine my grandma's picture wasn't what the searcher was expecting!
