Calendar chaos
I got an invitation today to a training even by the Literacy Council of Saginaw. I tutor for them and wanted to go. It was supposed to be at 7 pm on Tuesday, September 30. My calendar said the 30th was on Wednesday. I called the woman in charge. Her calendar said the 30th was on a Tuesday. What the heck? In a panic (was I totally confused?), I checked and I was definitely looking at September 2008. "The event is in September, right?" It was. "What date does your calendar say for today?" I asked. OK, so both calendars said the 12th for today. What on earth was going on? Thoroughly confused, I began checking the numbers on the calendar. There were two 27s. No joke. Time to get a new calendar. (And by the way, it was the MOPS calendar they gave out last year...their proofreaders made a major goof. I should offer my services--right Lisa?).

right - it's funny because the same thing happened to us last year and i think we scheduled 2 events or something like that because we were looking at different days on two different calendars. i can't remember the exact situation.
