The girls are always in dresses and skirts. They hate pants. But H got in trouble and lost her girly priveleges so she's been wearing pants and begging her sister to do the same so they will match and so H won't feel so sad. Whenever H wears pants or even a skirt she likes to tuck her shirt in which always looks ridiculous. She wants people to notice a belt or a bow or a fancy snap. I tell her it looks silly but she doesn't care what I think and does it anyway. At least when she is older I can say, " I tried to stop you." Anyway, I wanted to capture the look, to me they look much older without the little girl dresses. I was planning more of a we are adorable, loving sisters pose, but they could see their reflections in the window behind me and wanted to be silly!
I love having girls. There's nothing as adorable as watching them walk arm in arm down the sidewalk while whispering. Granted, they were plotting against the super-cute third grade boy down the street, but he likes it. I can tell.
