Pictures for the entry yesterday. Above are two pictures from Hadleys' birthday. She chose Crispy Brown Rice treats with dairy- and soy-free chocolate chips (I asked her to pick a treat Kassy could eat!) Below is Kassy's birthday cake, gluten-, dairy-, egg-. and soy- free. The frosting was delicious. I love Cherrybrook Kitchen! Their allergen-free mixes have actually won some awards in normal baking contests...like Real Simple rated their brownies as the fudgiest of all the brands they tried. Yea! I must say though, thank goodness Kassy doesn't remember what normal cake tastes like or she wouldn't have loved her birthday cake so much.
